my shoulder had been locking up for two years.

My shoulder pain was the worst at night. I could deal with it during the day, but if I rolled onto it in my sleep I’d wake up immediately. I’ve been taking this a little over a month and I’m finally sleeping longer without constantly adjusting pillows. That alone is worth it for me.
